Additional Charges (All Possible Additional Charges Listed Below, No Hidden Fees!)

  • On-Site Measure and Evaluation: $150 - Additional $20 per Extra Doors and Windows
  • If you need your door picked up from the Store: $50 Pick-Up on door sizes 24x80 - 36x80 Larger doors and multiple doors will cost more to transport
  • Bore Hole for Door Knob / Dead Bolt: Doors usually come bored.  If your door does not come bored, its $30 per bore.  Exterior doors usually come double bored and interior doors come single bored.
  • Haul Away Trash: If you need your trash hauled away, this service is an additional charge.  If your trash can is empty, I will cut trash to fit inside your empty trash bin. (Steel and fiberglass doors will not be cut, but I usually take the old door slabs with me)
  • Paint / Stain: From $100+ per door slab
  • Converting your Door SLAB into a PRE HUNG Door: Note: You can purchase PRE HUNG Doors at the store, but most are not made perfect, with noticeable imperfections.  If you are looking for perfection, I suggest you purchase SLABS and I will convert them into PRE HUNG doors.  (This is only for customers who want perfection, your doors will still look nice if you purchase them PRE HUNG from the store, and I prefer them purchased PRE HUNG, this is only if you are looking for perfection)  $100 Labor for hollow core interior doors from sizes 24x80 - 36x80, $150 Labor for solid core interior and exterior doors from sizes 24x80 - 36x80 (You can also request this service from me if you want to install the door yourself) $200 for Interior Double Doors and $300 for Exterior Double Doors
  • If you have a Security Screen Door on top of your door: $50 to remove the security screen door.  Security Screen Door must be removed to install a brand new pre hung door.  If you want it reinstalled, it is an additional $100 labor.  Note: The reinstallation fee is a reduced amount.
  • Long Handle Installation: $10 Labor to drill hole to install long door handle
  • Digital Dead Bolt Installation: $30 Labor, does not include programming.
  • Peep Hole Installation: $20 Labor to install a peep hole
  • Door Jam Width Correction: $40 labor.  If your brand new door frame is not wide enough, an extension will need to be added. (click here to see an example)
  • Cut Stucco to install Brick Moulding: $50 Labor to cut stucco to properly attach brick molding to brand new door frame (click Here to see an example)
  • Adding mortar to the bottom of your threshold: $40 Labor.  Most Door installations do not require this process. (click here to see examples)
  • If your Door has Side Lites:  Additional $150 labor
